Après avoir bien galéré pour faire réparer mon vélo électrique ( un modèle millieu de gamme, mais au combien utile et pratique ) Refus systématique de tous les magasins visités, prétextes invoqués : on fait pas cette marque, c'est pas du Bosch, pas acheté chez nous, enfin le bla bla habituel. Et je découvre OURS Vélo.... En moins d'une semaine, la pièce défectueuse est commandée et changée, et le vélo marche à merveille ! Un accueil sympathique et professionnel, une petite équipe au top, je ne peux que conseiller ce magasin. Je mets 6 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ et pas 5 Encore un grand Merci... Stéphane

VOUS LE MÉRITEZ 🙏🏾 Quant aux mécontents vous avez surement oublié de parler soit de votre comportement, soit votre idée de faire payer à Ours ce qui n’a pas lieu d’être, soit tout simplement leur professionnalisme ou succès vous dérange. Du coup votre avis est inutile, inintéressant et ne nous fera pas changer d’avis. ABONDANCE, PROSPÉRITÉ ET PEREINITÉ À OURS VÉLO DE ST JULIEN EN GENEVOIS Et bien évidemment je ne suis pas payée pour ces quelques mots, j’ai juste acheté un super vélo ds ce magasin. Jennifer et Juan ont tout géré sur le net car ce n’était pas non fort. Merci et votre limonade naturelle du pays a bcp de succès, jolies sont les bouteilles et les tasses à café dessinées par Jennifer l’artiste.
